The @EU_Commission's just published its #MFF & #CAP proposals, which are key to improving the lives of blns of farmed animals in 🇪🇺 & fixing our broken food system. A strong #CAP budget must help farmers adopt regenerative practices that are good for animals & our planet.

In its work to finally modernise the EU's animal welfare rules, the @EU_Commission launched a call for evidence – and we have responded. Business as usual is not an option. The Commission must align legislation to the latest scientific evidence & finally #EndTheCageAge.
