The profession of coaching is built on relationships. Relationships with coaches, players, administrators, parents, community, recruits (if you’re lucky to be in that world) and many others. How you treat people today directly correlates to how they treat you tomorrow.

Had our Max out day today. The guys did a great job. We finished up our first phase of the off season. Thanks to @CuddemiJake and @Cameron_A1 for their support and work over the past 5 months. Our guys battled and the results came today. #entitledtonothing
