CDR was 0.56%, half that of NLST. Cancers with known stage had similar distribution to NLST: Stage I (53.5%), II (12.7%), III (19.6%), IV (14.3%).

17.3% had a positive baseline scan. LUNG RADS score works well in detecting cancer: Lung-RADS 3 (0.4%), 4A (2.6%), 4B (11.1%), 4X (19.9%). <4% of cancers were detected after a negative baseline scan (Lung RADS 1-2).

Adherence: low, only 22.3% at T1 (11-15 months after baseline scan). Familiar patterns seen by race and geography aOR: 0.84 Black people, 0.73 Hispanic people, 0.79 Asian people. People living in Western and Southern US less likely to be screened than North-East (0.71 and 0.65).
