In 2023, nearly 6 out of every 10 fatal overdoses in the U.S. involved cocaine or methamphetamine stimulants. To curb stimulant addiction CA's Medicaid program started offering a treatment that uses gift cards as a reward for negative drug tests. https://t.co/3qDpBHlejI
