Each semester, our @CF_CAPS associates engage in a Main Street walk where they visit local businesses, introduce themselves, and share about the CAPS program. Our associates engaged in this exercise a couple weeks ago, and it was fun to capture them in action. 😊 @NetworkCAPS

Every semester, @CF_CAPS holds a team-building session with the @UNI_JPEC team. The associates have a blast taking part, and there are always some great takeaways preparing them for their project work. This year was no exception. It was awesome seeing them work together.

@CF_CAPS is is pretty great, but the reality is, our program doesn't exist, let alone succeed, without our partners. I'm mindful of those who lead our trainings every year, and the employers who host CAPS Careers (@KRYTONMetals and @PumpViking). We are grateful. 😊😊😊

#DesignThinking training today where associates designed customized rooms based on client descriptions. Learning empathy, problem statements, ideation, iteration and "wowing" the client. Lots to digest in 2 hrs! Thankful for the CF @JamCityHQ team for leading the experience!
