TLDR:.- CBA mandates max of 4.5 hr practice/meeting days. - Preventing on-field product from reaching full-potential.- 4.5hrs carried over from 2002 CBA, while min salary increased from $30k to $70k.- Responsibility of CFL to negotiate increased practice times (min 6 hours IMO).
