Tuchel will have the same problem as Frank in that there are a simply a few players in this squad who are not good enough to consistently give sound performances.
And also some of these players lack a proper mentality. Something to definitely sort out.

Btw, by the sounds of everything, Poch has made Trev one of the ‘captains’ and big leaders of the group. Trev’s the one giving talks in the huddles pre-match and Poch even said post match ‘they have the captaincy in this type of game to give a little bit more’. Irreplaceable.

Reece had one year. Was set to join Palace if he wasn’t given a chance. Mount could’ve joined Bournemouth with a buyback if he wasn’t given a chance. Chalobah was complete luck as Tuchel STILL wanted Kounde and Valencia loan was setup. This is getting really really boring
I don't understand Colwill really. He said he wants to play for Chelsea so bad, and yet still not eager to wait for it. He's too young and has time on his side. A year or two on loan will do. Mount had two, Chalobah had three, Conor had four loans. These guys did it without fuss.

Nah man…I remember watching Lorient games and seeing him ball out, but still having no hope that he’d get a proper chance. The excitement from him and his camp when he got those chances and starts against Valencia & Palace…we’ve come a long way. Should be in the 🏴 squad.
