This is my last shot as a creator lmao. If neither of these 5+ month projects gets selected then I can't realistically see how I could continue. If I make 2 quality maps per year and they aren't accepted, I've just lost a year.

Just submitted a map that was denied in the queue cleanup. (100 Days at Camp) . Going to also submit Storm Survival Tycoon in a few weeks (spacing them out). Fingers crossed. š¤š¤.

You canāt tell me the only way this platform succeeds is if 99.9% of maps canāt achieve payout. You canāt tell me custom items or thin client matters when epic pimps Roblox clones and ignores their day 1 creators because they tweet inconvenient truths.

Couldnāt care less about new features while 100 creators make life-changing money every month and others waste months on content for Fortnite to get āother maps selectedā and a 20min run in New & Updated at 2am on a Monday morning.

The roadmap isnāt definite⦠it changes last minute all the time. I imagine it as more of a priority tracker than a release calendar. We can see what they are working on but people put too much weight on release dates.

Crazy that Steal The Brainrot and Grow A Garden each pull 20M players concurrent but Fort canāt even break 1.7M on a weekend?. Weāre cooked guys. This is why creators are quitting and studios keep failing. All hail king Roblox.

Back in the day you just pressed Start Game and Publish. and it was done in 3min. and I could test it. and shit didn't change between editor and public code. :/.

A ton of my maps dropped in memory last week all except my map that had streaming disabled because it was only 53k memory. Now its 117k and memory bar won't update in Live Edit and I have to force close UEFN after every memory calc, refactor streaming cells, retry. .

Meanwhile a ton of creators were in NYC checking out a new platform and Iām smacking my forehead wondering āwhy am I still trying with fortniteā. No real answer other than it worked in the past and I donāt wanna waste the knowledge. But it might be time to try new shit.

Not saying I expect tabs when I add new guns. But if I sit there and update a verse device and create an NPC and add new missions and content then how tf is that ānot enoughā but Legacy 1.0 creative fill maps can do minimal updates and reap all the players?.
