Well, friends, I have some bad news. My husband, Jason, has stomach cancer.
We just found out this week (Wednesday night) and met with a wonderful oncologist Friday. He’ll have a PET scan soon. That, plus other test results, will give us info on his prognosis.

The molecular testing of my husband's tumor came back. It's PDL1 positive, which means he's a good candidate for immunotherapy alongside chemo!!

We found out today that Jason's cancer has been staged as metastatic disease (Stage IV). At his endoscopic ultrasound last Friday, the doctor biopsied an enlarged lymph node in his chest, and it came back positive. This makes the cancer

Just did surgical follow-up. The abdominal washings they did during the laparoscopy came back negative for cancer!
That means the cancer hasn’t escaped the wall of the stomach into the abdomen. It’s still in the lymph node(s), but this result

Four months ago yesterday, my husband was diagnosed with stomach cancer (AKA gastric cancer). A couple of weeks later, we found out it was metastatic/distant (stage IV). He's now gone through 7 biweekly rounds of chemo and immunotherapy.

My grandpa, who was hospitalized for COVID-related pneumonia at age 93, came home today! He was able to go home without oxygen. Pretty amazing!

My 12yo son is a computer programmer. He’s been on Scratch since he was 8. Now, he’s learning Python & learning various ways to modify Minecraft.
Nobody else in the family knows how to do this stuff. He’s self-taught.
