Counterfeiters are using packages like nesting dolls hoping to avoid detection. Cincinnati CBP recently stopped a shipment containing 100 individually addressed shipments from various brands Versace, Pandora, & Rolex. These counterfeits were seized & if real, the MSRP was $1.06M.

20lbs of liquid 1,4-Butanediol, better known as GHB, was seized by Chicago CBP. The liquid was in clear bottles wrapped in silver plastic wrap. The shipment was arriving from China heading to Seattle. Chicago CBP see narcotics, precursors, unapproved prescription, & more nightly.

Another seizure of counterfeit jewelry was intercepted by Cincinnati CBP. The 227 pieces of counterfeit jewelry included trademarks from Chanel, LV, Gucci, Cartier, Hermes, and Tiffany & Co. The shipment was heading to Whiteville NC & if real would have had a MSRP of $752K.

192 pieces of counterfeits, w/ a MSRP of $565K, if real, were seized by Cincinnati CBP. Nightly Cincinnati CBP seize packages like this containing counterfeit items baring the protected trademarks & copyrights like Mickey Mouse, Chanel, LV, Dior, Gucci, & more. Consumers beware!

500 jewelry sets (ring, necklace, bracelet, earrings) baring the protected trademarks of Tous, Christian Dior, Chanel, Tiffany & Co, Hermes, Bvlgari, Tory Burch, Disney, Van Cleef & Arpels, & Michael Kors were seized by Louisville CBP. If real, MSRP of the jewelry sets was $314K.

A resident in OR is still waiting for their plant-based protein powder from the supplier in Costa Rica. Cincinnati CBP noticed their shipment of green powder wasn’t protein powder, it was cocaine, 6lbs of blow w/ a street value of $100K. IYKYK, importing cocaine is illegal.

5 Rolex watches from Mexico heading to a residence in Denver. What could possibly be wrong with that, besides the fact the watches lacked security features & were shipped in a plain brown box. Cincinnati CBP seized the watches before they shipped out. If real, the MSRP was $545K.

Bettie was at it again, alerting her handler that something didn’t smell right. An arriving passenger verbally declaring they had pork meat, actually had over 44lbs of prohibited pork items, including an entire leg of a pig. All items were seized to prevent the spread of disease.

On April 2, a final rule was published in the Federal Register, harmonizing the fees for NEXUS, Global Entry & SENTRI. The uniform fee of $120 for each program will go into effect October 1, 2024.  Learn more about these changes:

The whole truth & nothing but the truth. A passenger at ORD declared passion fruit, but AG K-9 Bettie said otherwise. Further inspection revealed what Bettie smelled. The passenger had almost 7lbs of peppers & 22lbs of cooked beef meat in a mixed meat stew. All items were seized.

1,359 pieces of counterfeit earrings, necklaces, & bracelets bearing the protected trademarks of Van Cleef & Arpels, Chanel, LV, Gucci, & Dior were all found in one shipment by CBP officers in Louisville. All these counterfeits were seized &, if real, the MSRP was over $5.13M.

A shipment manifested as a keyboard contained more than just one note, it contained several thousand C-notes. Cincinnati CBP seized a shipment w/ counterfeit Rolex, Tous, Gucci, Versace, Adidas, Coach, Michael Kors, & Cartier watches. Had these been real, the MSRP would be $407K.

Louisville CBP stopped a shipment heading to a residence in Okolona, MS w/ 25 counterfeit Van Cleef & Arpels watches. If genuine, the MSRP would've been $412K. In FY23 watches/jewelry were the top products seized in terms of total MSRP value w/ seizures valued at over $1 billion.

Parcels loaded w/ 184 counterfeit Van Cleef & Arpels bracelets were seized by Cincinnati CBP. In all, 5 packages were arriving from Hong Kong & were heading to Houston. Criminals fund their organizations by selling these fakes at full MSRP. These, if real, had a MSRP of $1.21M.

Chicago CBP found & removed 25lbs of ruminant meat, 13lbs of porcupine, 11lbs of wood w/ bark, 6lbs of mangos, 3lbs of grasscutters, & 7 pangolins from a travelers luggage. Chicago CBP has already set records for a fiscal year for bushmeat seizures & pangolin interceptions.

448 counterfeit pieces of jewelry were seized by Cincinnati CBP. The fakes bore the names of: Tiffany; LV, Cartier; Channel; Gucci; YSL; Prada; Dior; Versace; MK; Fendi; Hermes; & Van Cleef & Arpels The seller in CA could have made almost $1.4M had they sold them at MSRP price.
