Coach Higgins is a class act. Went 51-9 in five seasons with five playoff appearances at NWOSU. What he’s done at Emporia speaks for itself. Simply one of the best and most loyal in the game of Division II football. Congratulations @CoachGHiggins!
Garin Higgins became the all-time winningest coach in Emporia State history with 117 wins as the Hornets beat Central Missouri 31-27. He said you couldn't have written it better with a come from behind win as true freshman QB Jamison Sarver starting and got the win. (video
