Day 2 of Huether featured a keynote from Springtide Research Institute that delved into how young people understand and talk about vocation. Participants attended sessions on Lasallian pedagogy, accelerated learning through holistic community, supporting Gen Z, and more.

Hell of a year for CBC who ran into another heavyweight against Jackson in the hardest place to win a football game in Missouri. The Cadets offense, like all year did their job but couldn’t hold down the Indians exceptional spread offense & couldn’t recover from a 24-point hole.

3:15, 2Q CBC 21 Jackson 31 This is a brand new ball game! Cadets only take two plays to drive 80 yards capped by a Nick McClellan touchdown pass to Courtney Rivers who trucked a defender to get into the end zone.

2:54, 2Q CBC 21 Jackson 38 The Indians get a huge kickoff return down to the Cadet 9-yard line and @jaylonhampton13 scored on the first play of the drive for his second touchdown of the game. Indians have their 3-score lead back for the moment.

5:30, 2Q CBC 14 Jackson 31 The vaunted Cadets offense finally produces with a Nick McClellan 9-yard touchdown pass to Corde Gage.

0:02, 1Q CBC 7 Jackson 31 This is unbelievable! Indians score in two plays as Drew Parsons connects with Jory Thoma on a screen for his 3rd touchdown reception in the first quarter! That’s four scores completes the first quad from hell for CBC.

Nick McClellan and Corde Gage connected on an incredible play down to the 1-yard line but it was called back for holding. CBC then forced to punt.
