2/2. My wife told me it was only one fall cross country season when I started and that turned into 20 amazing years of so many great accomplishments by so many great kids! I am grateful for my time at CBA (especially being with Theresa and doing it all together) and being able.

1/2. The cross country season finished today at sectionals as did my (Doug’s) career at CBA after 20 years. Boys and girls ran awesome with some big prs (Like CBA athletes do!) and made my last season a special one. @CBAsection @CBASyracuse @PatSpadafore

Another great state meet for our team! 7 medals: 4x100(Quinten, Daunte, Zion & Darien) finished 2nd, Daunte was 3rd in the 100 and Darien in the 200 (3rd D2 and then 3rd in Federations). @CBAsection @CBASyracuse @CBAUpdate @PatSpadafore @blackwell_phil

Congrats to Charlie for finishing 3rd and qualifying for states next weekend! He is the first freshman boy to qualify in CBA history! Good individual runs by all our kids even during hot conditions.

Glad to be back at the NYS championships again as our kids had a great day! Cooper finished 2nd in the state and 7th in the federation in the 800! Aiden, Chris, Bruce and Cooper finished third in the 4 x 400!
