ok turns out im a LIAR and a FRAUD, it was in a non-deltarune related dream. but w/e . here's the original sketch i drew of her upon waking up, which is more faithful to the dream but an overall weaker design imo

had a dream a while ago that featured this character in a new deltarune chapter. she only showed up for like a split second but the design's stuck with me ever since, so I decided to do a quick little sprite/character bio mockup for her.
