To name some:.👉Much tighter restrictions on evictions and renovictions.👉A real binding rent control on all rental units .👉A public lease registry .👉Preventing the conversion of rental units into Airbnbs and strictly enforcing these regulations.#HousingCrisis #CriseduLogement.
It's a profit cycle and business model we're calling The Montreal Shuffle, and as far as we can tell, it's entirely legal. As politicians cry crocodile tears about the housing crisis, there are very clear solutions offered by @CAPE_419 that could be implemented at any time.
