Many Automobile dealers have so much of Cess credit available. From 22/09, there will be NO CESS on sale of cars. Where will they utilize this credit? This will be huge loss to them. @FinMinIndia @cbic_india kindly provide some mechanism to transfer CESS Credit to GST.
