I used to think the mental game was something you just “figure out” on your own…until the pressure, the fear of failure, and the self-doubt became louder than my talent. So I created Mastering the Mental Game for athletes, a LIVE online training where athletes learn what I wish

Freddie Freeman has had an incredible 16 year @MLB career! He has a very unique swing that works for him. I have never seen a swing quite like his and considering that I’ve been watching baseball for 50 years that seems impossible. My point is that his swing works for him.

I’ve said for years the DP is harder on the 2B, it’s just less natural movement. The difficulty of the angles created at 2B is underappreciated by the casual fan. @CoachFarrell017 just made my day. Cus of course I’m sending this to everyone I’ve ever debated the topic with. 😂😂
Turning two at second base can be done a couple of different ways, but the key is always the same — secure the lead out. When infielders focus on controlling the bag and making a strong throw, the chances of completing the double play go way up 2️⃣ @NettingPros @CoachFarrell017
