Crews were dispatched to, and quickly extinguished, a small fire on the light rail tracks at the Bellevue East Main Station. No injuries and the cause is not yet determined.

🚨Eastbound SE Newport Way, between 152nd Ave NE and 155th PL SE is closed due to a water main break. Please pack your patience this morning and seek alternate routes.

A Stage 1 Burn Ban is now in effect countywide. This restricts the burning of any yard waste/debris (which is never permitted in Bellevue). Recreational fires are still allowed as long as they are 25' from structures, 10' from vegetation and are attended at all times.

Public Health – Seattle & King County was notified of two confirmed measles cases in members of the same King County household. The individuals traveled throughout Bellevue, Issaquah, Mercer Island, Newcastle and Seattle while infectious. Find out more:

Engine 102 and Ladder 107 were dispatched to a small brush fire on the exit from westbound 90 to northbound 405. On arrival, they found a truck with a load of logs tipping over. No injuries reported.
