Honored to present a Legislative Resolution proclaiming October 26th, 2025 as Day of the Deployed to the Utica Center for Development. We honor the courage and sacrifice of our deployed service members and their families, and those who dedicate their lives to supporting them.

Visited Mid-State Correctional Facility today and toured Marcy earlier this month. These visits are vital to hear directly from correctional officers, staff, and those incarcerated. I remain committed to supporting safe, fair, and effective correctional environments for all.

Proud to attend tonight’s Oneida County Farm Bureau Annual Meeting at the Franklin Hotel in Rome. Our local farmers are the heart of the Mohawk Valley, their hard work and dedication keep our communities thriving.

Last evening I was proud to attend The Women’s Fund Power of the Purse event, celebrating women’s empowerment across the Mohawk Valley. Congratulations to this year’s honorees for their leadership and impact! 💐

Last evening I was proud to attend the Italian American Heritage Awards Dinner and present NYS Assembly Citations to this year’s honorees for their outstanding contributions to our community and Italian heritage. 🇮🇹

This afternoon I had the honor of recognizing the 2025 Rotary Club of Utica Pride of Workmanship Award honorees, six remarkable individuals whose dedication and professionalism continue to uplift our community.

This morning I was proud to attend the Oneida County Highway Superintendents Association Breakfast and present a NYS Assembly Citation to Sal Granato, who was honored as Highway Superintendent of the Year, a true leader dedicated to keeping our communities safe and connected.

As your elected representative, my first duty is to listen to you. After hearing the concerns of local residents, I’ve decided to rescind my support for the Horatio Deerfield Apartments project until full transparency and accountability are ensured. Your voices matter. Always.

💜 Today we honor Olivia Rose Sacco, whose heart overflowed with love and kindness. Though gone too soon, her light continues to guide us. Wear purple or yellow today, share a smile, and #LoveLikeOlivia, because kindness is her legacy. 💛

This morning, I was proud to join the White Cane Safety Day Walk in Utica, honoring the independence and strength of individuals who are blind or visually impaired. Grateful to the Utica Council of the Blind for their leadership and advocacy.

Today I proudly presented a $100K grant to Feed Our Vets to help upgrade their Utica pantry with a new walk-in freezer & safe, accessible parking lot. This is more than funding, it’s a promise to our veterans that they are never forgotten. 🇺🇸

Proud to launch my 6th Annual Winter Accessories & Food Drive! We’re expanding to include pasta, cereal, hats, gloves & scarves, helping families stay warm & fed this winter. Drop-offs at Utica & Rome fire/police depts (open 24/7), State Office Bldg, & Comets/UCFC home games.

Today I co-chaired an Economic Development Small Business Hearing in Albany alongside Assemblyman Stirpe. Grateful to hear from Rome Chamber, Utica Chamber, MVCC & UCSD on breaking barriers, building workforce, & investing in local businesses.

This afternoon, my office joined the Greater Utica Chamber to celebrate the ribbon cutting for Key Accounting Solutions in Whitesboro! Congratulations to the team on this exciting new chapter and continued success serving our community.

Honored to attend the State Firefighters Memorial Ceremony in Albany, remembering 127 brave heroes, including Chief Russell Brooks, Assistant Chief Nicholas Morosco, and Larry Zeigler from the Mohawk Valley. Their courage and sacrifice will never be forgotten.
