Luckily though I don't use any money on any socials so I avoid any of the more harmful attacks and problems that came up with this scam. But real unfortunate that this world has such bad actors willing to abuse the good nature of people.

Damn, I'm now a boomer. Got my bluesky account fished. I thought I was being all helpful, but only during the process did I realize what was going on and lost that account. Well I sent a request to get it back so hopefully that goes through... : P
