Today, Burbank Water and Power (BWP) crews responded promptly to repair a 1927 6-inch cast-iron water main that was leaking. Tree roots had grown underneath the pipe, causing a radial crack. Our team removed the roots and installed a full-circle repair clamp. We work quickly
