Mother in law's funeral today. Thanks to all the nurses and staff at Gosford hospital for making her last days peaceful. I'm not attending but choosing to remember her before she came under the control of her lazy and manipulative son. She was such a strong and outgoing woman 💪

Aussie girls top 10 in Sydney! Leanne Pompeani 7th, a great PB of 2:24.47; Jess Stenson 8th in 2:28.5 and Lisa Weightman 9th, 2:29.34. Great to see the 3 girls hugging and so happy, and as Lisa told me, smiling, post-race "not bad for 46 yr-old legs". Yes, Lisa, not bad at all.
