With @natfednews we surveyed HAs about #MMC. In next 5 yrs:.🔎 30,591 MMC homes planned.🔎11% will use MMC in over half of completions.🔎41% will use MMC in 20% of completions.This suggests appetite of 66,600 homes by MMC, but that could be 107,000 👇.
