Not posted for a bit of a long time so just to let my followers that regularly interacted with me I’m fine except for my epilepsy diagnosis. I am on an anti seizure medication that I have to take twice daily so I don’t have any more fits.

Sat here thinking about when I was in my 30’s and was the fittest I’ve ever been so took part in a 10k race. Finished 66th out of 238 with a time of 54:52. It’s mad how I couldn’t even run for a bus nowadays. 😂🤣
