I have just released a new update for Gickup. This release introduces the feature of repository mirroring to not only GitHub but also OneDev and Sourcehut. And you can backup repositories with LFS enabled.

I have to build a LOTR-themed keyboard for an acquaintance. I bought the Monsgeek M1W. This is a hecking nice keyboard. It comes with the Akko Piano switches out of the box, and they sound great. I'm really looking forward to it when it's done.

I created my first blog post today 🍾.It's about mirroring repositories to Codeberg with Gickup, even though mirroring is disabled on there side.

I migrated the gickup documentation from hugo to docusaurus. The migration process was so much easier than expected. If anyone wants to have a look, here you go:.

I had to push a new release for gickup, because there was a bug in the config reload which caused infinite loops.

What I noticed so far: .- I am faster because I don't need to click around as much .- I use way more terminal-based tools .- I am having a blast.

I just rolled out a fresh iteration of gickup. The biggest feature is the ability to reload configurations on the fly, making life a lot smoother. Other than that, it's mainly been about fixing bugs and updating libraries.

Just for fun, I will use a terminal-based editor for the whole of February. So far, it is going great.

I just added a config reload for Gickup. No need to restart it anymore if you changed your config.

I had to borrow my father-in-law's monitor because mine is broken. The problem is that this one has a very high resolution. So, every time I share my screen with a colleague, I find myself saying, 'Wait, just let me hit Ctrl+ for an eternity until you actually see something'.

I have just released a new version of Gickup. This release addresses a CVE in go-git, which has been resolved in the latest version.

Just updated Gickup to address CVE-2023-48795. This update also includes a fix for backup issues.
