Do you know the 20 20 20 Rule? Give your eyes a well-deserved break! Remember the 20-20-20 rule: Every 20 minutes, take 20 seconds to look at something 20 feet away. It's a simple yet effective way to combat eye strain from screen time. #EyeHealth #20_20_20Rule #ScreenTimeBreak

There are around 850 cases of eye cancer diagnosed in the UK each year. Eye cancer doesn't always cause obvious symptoms & may only be picked up during a routine eye test. The NHS recommends that you should have your eyes tested at least every 2 years. #WorldCancerDay #EyeHealth
