Par roasted the veg. Toasted some choice seasonings in a warm dutchie, added broth, roasted veg and sausage to cook. Removed meat to slice, immersion blended the pot off heat, stirred in heavy cream in plops. Return to warm burner stir. Add sausages back. Stir and simmer until
