I'd like to cancel my contract purely on the basis that you have breach your part of the bargain on both reliability and service, and stealing my money openly without any shame! Truly disgusting! I have been with BT for over 8 years, a loyal customer but that's over now.

My daughter can't connect to her devices whilst in her bedroom, this was never a problem with BT before, so she struggles to do her homework unless she moves to another room. Finally, we got charged more weeks/months than we should have but it is impossible to call you!
