La défense qu'on a, peut-être aussi bonne sans Schwartz voir meilleure. Par contre l'attaque est un chantier énorme et il faut un coach offensif pour cela.

Donc d'après @TomPelissero, on fait des tests de personnalité aux candidats, ils doivent écrire un essai, répondre à un questionnaire et s'ils ont un second entretien ils ont des "devoirs" entre les deux entretiens.
