Brooksbank lost to a quality Rainford side in the semi finals of the National Cup today. Although it was bitterly disappointing to miss out on a trip to Wembley, the lads can be truly proud of their first season, where they became both Calderdale and Yorkshire Champions.

What a great afternoon… The Brooksbank School held its first Primary Sportshall Athletics event for almost 3 yrs and what an event it was. Some very talented athletes in attendance, and some fantastic sports leaders. Credit to all involved. @thebrooksbank @Brooksbank_PE

Our cheerleading and gymnastics club started today! As you can see from the video the girls were busy showing off their skills. Come down on a Thursday afterschool and have a go! All ages and abilities welcome gymnastics 🤸

To round off a very positive day for year 7 sport, the football team have made it to the Calderdale Cup final after beating North Halifax 2-1! It was a very close game that could’ve gone either way but two goals from Kaylen saw the boys through! Details of the final to follow!
