At @HMethodistUro we interviewed 6 for a 3rd spot. All great, and most were AOA. All told me they were soul-searching about it. I told them that they were great, and if anyone needs to do soul-searching it's @AmerUrological @UroAcademic given workforce shortage. Need more slots.

Could not agree more with Dr Perni and other physicians. Death in house for terminal cancer pts should NOT be a quality metric.

Have used this system and it is impressive and user friendly, although PRIMUS rating will take some time to learn.
