This is indefensible. In the past year domestic violence has sky rocketed. My heart goes out to victims out there can no longer access this service.
An exclusive to @BBCWiltshire this morning. A 24 / 7 domestic abuse helpline for victims and survivors across Wiltshire will now only be available to residents of Swindon, after @wiltscouncil cut its funding. Discussing with @SwindonWA next.
