Had these 2 small steaks in the fridge that needed to be used up. Great opportunity for my 1st cook on my @chiassonsmoke hauler grill. Rubbed with some @KindersFlavors prime rib rub. Really happy with the hauler and can’t wait to try out the griddle attachment.
