Credit where it is due, this proposal has a lot of merit. Factory made homes have come a long way since the Atco huts, and there are really good examples of how nice they can be at Bentley’s in Port Augusta and Port Pirie.
#EXCLUSIVE: The Opposition is pledging millions of dollars towards an ambitious plan to boost production of factory-made homes, as a solution to the state's housing crisis. @Gus_Macdonald_ #9News

In her book, former Facebook exec Sarah Wynn-Williams spoke of Meta’s ability to see if teenage girls deleted a selfie, then placed an ad for beauty products in their insta timeline. Monetising the potential insecurities of a child. The book is called ‘Careless People’. 😳

Let’s hope the billion dollar deal to mine rare earth materials in Australia doesn’t get given to tax-dodging billionaires, and actually benefits Australia with added income or tax revenue.

Using scamming and sextortion techniques, taught in classrooms, the criminals specifically targeted children and tempted them to send nude photos by offering them the same in return. Once they received the photos, they threatened to destroy the child’s life unless money was sent.

The BBC story on 4 Corners tonight have a really good reason why children need protection using the internet. The program spoke to Nigerian scammers who have created an industry which targets young boys from UK, US and Aus to swindle money via Snapchat and Meta platforms.

It’s amusing to see Christian protesting against immigration. Your own Christ was actually an immigrant and a refugee (and a person of colour) who fled Egypt to escape King Herod. He left his home I fear of persecution. That’s quite literally what your religion is based on 😳

A Hong Kong friend of mine told me Asian drivers are traditionally worse than Australians. Why? Because he said before he moved here, he’d only catch trains, cabs or walk. Better public transport, shorter distances = less or no experienced drivers. akes sense now, without blame.

I’m an atheist, but I do like this scripture from Luke that someone just posted. Some Christians spouting hate might non-stop on X might want to give it another read.

The difference between Xs ‘for you’ and ‘following’ tabs is disturbing. Spend a few minutes in both tabs and see which makes you feel better. The algorithm ‘for you’ is full of rage bait posts and extreme politics 😳

I’ve got no idea WTF you are talking about, but as long as it keeps you happy.
@TruthFairy131 @Brettski_aus I think you’ll find that Brett is a BlueSky star member who comes here to share his wealth of knowledge! (What we call bullshit!) and then go back to the cheers of the BlueSky lefties!

It’s a bit hard to reply to this, since the original poster blocked me for challenging it. The story has been doing the rounds for years. And if you don’t allow every person on your own property, you’re not really making a point. You might own it, they were awarded it. Same/same
@Brettski_aus @TruthFairy131 What’s not true? Is it not racist to lock 97% of Australians out of their own country?
