SS was promised to be a guaranteed pension. If you remove the cap it becomes a dedicated tax, and it won’t be long before Congress turns it into a regular tax. Under current limits, paying in beyond the cap does not payout more money. Just look at the history of SS.
It's insane that people who make tens of millions a year (even billions!) pay the same amount into Social Security as someone who makes $176,000. Our country could easily keep its promises and fund Social Security for generations if we unrigged the system and fixed this.

History has shown human beings are not good at sharing resources, especially limited ones. Is it fair that a farmer spends his adult life clearing and devolving 40 acres of farmland only for others to come in and take his crop every year?. Hairy’s definition of sharing is theft!.

How did that exploitation affect today’s American’s of African decent? They are 6+ generations removed from the old antebellum South, how does that affect them today?.
Black people are not asking for a handout. Reparations are a debt that is owed based on the economic exploitation of our ancestors.

The Soviet Union gave the people the right to vote, - for one candidate, - that was party approved. In order for a Socialist country to operate it needs complete control of the economy, which means they must win every election, no matter what.
A lot of you think a political system is the same as an economic system. You expose yourself every time you assume socialism deprives people of the right to vote. We have democratic socialism in some European nations. Citizens vote, they just have a way better social safety net.

More correctly, it is the state owning the means of production. You can try and sweeten it by saying workers, but the reality is that it is the state that says what you produce, how much, where you will live to produce it, how much and how hard you will work. Read “Animal Farm”.
Under capitalism, the capitalists don't work the machines. Those are the workers. Socialism is literally the workers owning the means of production.

Enslaved people built many things, here in the United States, South America, Europe, Africa, and Asia. The real miracle of the American Revolution wasn’t that White people gained their freedom, but that over time it has propagated to include all races.

You mean White men that declared their independence?. White men that won our independence?. White men that created a new system of governance?. White men that freed the slaves and gave them the right to vote?. White men that gave women the right to vote?. Those White men?.
