@TBlazer5AS1 Unless you have grass, it’s hard to really feel anchored in against a wall Want to create tension through your legs & feet. Sometimes with a wall, athletes struggle with that concept. I’ve had some success with wall, but much more with belt.

@BrendanThompsn Love it! I always found this to accelerate learning during NFL Combine prep. Combine the iso and then use the release also helps them learn the vector of that force and projection.
