Hey, @elonmusk. New car owner. Shareholder too. Not 1 to gripe publicly, but I have to say: CS & service center experience is quite horrible. I'm really busy & the time spent back & forth w/app comm & SC visits, keeps me 4m being great (which keeps me 4m buying more stock, btw)
