✅Physically Active Learning is NOT only a theoretical phenomenon: PAL cannot be understood as a static innovation, as it is constituted by teachers and must be interacted with to be sustained in schools.

✅Creating awareness, not implementing anything new: In Norway, there are many forms of active learning. For this reason, the CPD is structured so teachers can start with what they are already doing, be supported with concrete examples, and reflect on actions and experiences.

New article 🧵. In 2018, the Centre for Physical Active Learning at @hvl_no designed a one-year workplace-based continuous professional development program. During the past 5 years, 1363 teachers from 77 schools have participated. This is what we learned .

Skulevegring kan møtast med fysisk aktiv læring!. Det er for tida mykje snakk om den nye ungdomsmeldinga - og det vert spennande å sjå kva betydning fysisk aktiv læring og andre liknande undervisningsformer kan få for å engasjere elever i skulen.
