SUMNER CO: construction equipment broke down at I-65 southbound at Long Hollow Pike and the on-ramp to I-65 southbound from Long Hollow Pike is closed at this time. Due to the equipment failure, lane closure from overnight will be late to reopen. New ETA to come.
