It was implied that once he has people in positions he trusts, he gives them real time and stays the course. Sounds like establishing culture and a competitiveness is very big for him. No one will be perfect but I want someone who really cares.
@BrandonSprague @TheHockeyNews @1051TheFan I will continue to applaud this type of ownership… BUT we all know Paul Allen was too involved with some choices that should’ve been left to the GM. Fingers crossed he’s hands off and on with a good balance.
