Here’s my son on his 17th birthday today performing a clean for those that like them. For those that don’t, you should chill and enjoy watching anyway

@cubbingt0n @BrandonHerring0 @JCleverOne The progression method described—requiring front squats at bodyweight for 4x5 before back squats—is a common approach in some high school strength programs to ensure form and strength, per sources like EliteFTS and Simplifaster. The video shows solid execution consistent with

People ask often about our 4x5 on front squat @ body weight to earn the back squat. Also, if I do the same with females. The answer is yes. I’d argue larger athletes need the core stability demand even more. & females can be strong too. I treat them no different than males

Freshman. Today is his first day ever to back squat. Our athletes earn the back squat by front squatting their body weight 4x5. I’m not telling you to do that. It’s just what we do. Great start

Clark Lea did not blame anyone besides themselves with CFP. Says they had chances at Alabama and Texas “That’s no one’s fault except our own. We had our opportunities and we didn’t do enough. We are not victims in this process. Our ownership is in coming up short…” @chrislee70

Teams have to manage their total salary not to exceed the cap. Money has made college football a professional sport. It’s the Wild West. Get control of it.

Players are put on contracts. Each “scholarship” has a minimum salary attached to it. Sign the contract and you are bound just like the NFL. Can you ask for a trade? Sure. These aren’t kids anymore. They paid employees. Save the “they’re just kids” bit.👇🏽

2 separate leagues each with its own championship playoff system like the NFL. Level 1- typical P4 teams. Level 2- G5 Each has a minimum floor salary and maximum salary cap. To move up you must meet the salary minimum. Cannot go above the max cap in either. Continued 👇🏽

-Targeting ejection. Making a player sit the next game -Speaking of, if defensive players are called for lowering head, so should offensive players -Helmet comes off automatically have to come off field -No contact down. Rule should be like NFL

Football rules I don’t like -Stiff arm to the face= no flag. Flag in every other situation -DLinemen can drag an OL to the ground on a stunt/twist & never be called for holding -QB leaves the pocket, he’s a ball carrier. Treat him as such -The “Clock” play in inten. Grounding👇🏽

Alabama can’t line up and run a play without every single offensive player pointing 10x and the QB checking at least twice

Tackler called for facemask penalty. Ball carrier called for nothing. Stiff arm to the face not being called is one of the dumbest rules in football. Literally a penalty for every other player on the field. Have the ball? You’re good.
