The way I understand the region’s dynamics, if you’re not fond of war then you probably want Israel to have a missile defense system. But if you want the wars to turn out differently in addition to broadening, then yeah shake things up.
Our country is obsessed with war. Every year, Congress votes to invest in death and destruction instead of health care, housing, clean air and water, or ending child poverty here at home. I will not vote to send another $831.5 billion to the Pentagon.
