A random thought on a Tuesday morning. I saw the conversation between @Harri_obi and @waverchocs about Superteam and Web3 Nigeria in @ntbts_news. And I kept thinking to myself; Remove the incentive from Superteam NG - no rewards, grants, or funding, what keeps the community?

All ecosystems are needed, but what we truly need is competition, not unity. Every blockchain aims to be the best, and if we want to catch up with 1st and 2nd world countries, that drive is essential. Don’t demonize @Harri_obi for being vocal about his interests.

I lead a team, and I won’t tolerate someone in a strategic role over-familiarizing with other startups or ecosystems, or diminishing the value we uphold by spreading that same energy elsewhere. A leader’s jealousy shouldn’t be demonized it protects the work environment.
