This morning, our Wellbeing group gathered for a deliciously diverse breakfast! Each woman brought a traditional dish from her home country, creating a vibrant spread of flavors. It was a wonderful chance to connect, try new things, and celebrate our unique cultures!

The Wellbeing group from BFT had an amazing trip to the Bradford Industrial Museum! They explored the city's industrial history, from tools and clothes-making to transport and life nearly 100 years ago. A fascinating step back in time with a close-up of historic machinery !
