Too many personal trainers complain that their clients arenโt following the plan they gave them. Well maybe if you actually made it easier to follow and stopped expecting them to do what you do, theyโd be able to follow it. You canโt expect clients to only eat chicken and brown

Just because something is "scientifically" better doesn't necessarily mean it is better for you. Allow me to explain. For instance, swimming burns more calories than jogging. However, if you dislike swimming, will it actually be beneficial if you cannot maintain consistency

Example on how to calculate protein: Say you weigh 100 lbs Multiply 100 x 0.8 You get 80. You should be eating 80 grams of protein per day.

Figure out how many calories you need to eat, and eat 0.8 grams of protein per lb of body weight. Combine that, and the Booty workouts, and youโre going to SEE RESULTS ๐
