Oh yes. I can see a replay of the failed 2017 repeal. They have to vote again and they are going to have pressure fully focused on them, and not clouded by a shutdown.
@Dylan_McDowell @RachelBitecofer A lot of ppl were confused - like my entire poorly informed neighborhood. Red district in a purplish battleground midwest state. Six months ago they were clueless… now that premium increases are out and shutdown on news. They know now Time is right for votes IMO
