Well said! I consider #TheLivingDaylights one of the greatest #JamesBond films ever made, a masterpiece. Timothy Dalton is a perfect Bond. The way Ian Fleming's short story was adapted is brilliant. Koskov's escape is just so good. Loving John Barry's score and a-ha's theme song.

It's official: #DenisVilleneuve will direct the next #JamesBond film! This has been announced by #AmazonMGMStudios. I loved #BladeRunner2049 and #Dune and I couldn't have hoped for a better choice. Things are shaping up nicely! Can't be much longer now until we get our new 007.
Amazon MGM Studios sets Denis Villeneuve as director of next James Bond film. Tanya Lapointe will serve as executive producer. As previously announced, Amy Pascal and David Heyman will serve as producers.

Sad to see #StevenSoderbergh's #BlackBag didn’t do too well at the box office. I loved it: a sharp, stylish spy thriller with a brilliant cast, Harry Palmer vibes, Agatha Christie twists and a groovy David Holmes score. Looks great, sounds great. What’s not to like?

Just saw #TheAmateur at the cinema. I enjoyed #RamiMalek's performance as an unconventional avenger, and the film has its moments (the pool scene!). But it never fully delivers as a spy thriller. The ending falls flat. Overall, it feels strangely unfinished. A missed opportunity.
