We spent quite a while PLANning, but now the preprint is finally out.
Last year, @BoelNelson, @martin_aumuller, @CJLebeda and I started working on the problem in the setting where we have a bound on the variance in each dimension and we seek to minimize the estimation error in Lp norm. Now the paper is finally on arXiv:
