No amount of love from another person will give you self-esteem if you can't give it to yourself. Until you really know your worth and truly love yourself, nothing else matters. #RTTworks

Your life doesn’t end at 30, or 40, or 50, or 60… So stop acting like it does. You can reinvent yourself whenever you want.

#griefawarenessweek Please let people know how you're feeling. It's been a long year where I haven't thought and talked to my late elderly Mum who passed away last year June. It's healthy to talk about the person who has passed where memories are shared.

I signed this with such pride. As this is something my stepdad would have done for me. I applaud his effort and actions👏 @educationgovuk: Period Pains (dysmenorrhea) need to be a legitimate reason for absence in schools - Sign the Petition! https://t.co/IY2qIMHkPG via @UKChange

When we drink alcohol, our bodies produce extra dopamine, making us feel good. But as we keep drinking that influx of dopamine will be pushed aside by some less pleasant effects, such as clumsiness and nausea. Read more about alcohol and your mood: https://t.co/IiRbxy6N02

#menopauseday This is interesting and to know more about the #menopause I'm wondering if it connected with #dementia or can lead up to it in some women. My late elderly Mum started her journey quite young due having a rare form of Cancer which she survived.

I do hope this is true due to the fact that some children are missing breakfast at home due to parents not being able to afford food which is upsetting. #mentalhealth Eating fruit and vegetables 'is good for children's mental health' https://t.co/EIiXGHekwT via @MailOnline

Nutritionists from the University of East Anglia described the quality of some children's meals and snacks as 'concerning' and called for urgent action to improve them.

How are you a receipt of being praised? Most people struggle with being praised. So interesting to know that most intelligent leaders deal with uncomfortable praise.

The secret to life is remembering you’re always a student and you’re always PRACTICING. So whatever it is that you’re afraid to do, that you’re holding out on trying or doing, or that you’re feeling nervous about, just TRY. Practice. Do it anyway.
