For me, it's that moment just before the nation anthem, where I am truly at peace. The entire stadium is silent, and the sky is still. I usually use this moment to talk to God and thank him for all of the blessings that he has given me! The calm in the midst of chaos! #CoachLife

As a coach, you better believe I show favorites! I favor the ones who show up everyday on the field and in the classroom, the ones who work hard, are accountable, and have a great attitude! These are the players I want on the field in crucial situations! Playing time is EARNED!!!
